The location was mind-blowing with beach access just a one-minute walk away, and the main streets and restaurants close by. The facilities were super, including access to pools, a spa & wellness center, aqua park, and a children's play area. The apartment was jaw-dropping with its spaciousness, comfortable beds, and well-equipped kitchen. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing for a late check-out. It was a truly amazing experience!

We had a fantastic stay at Royal Beach Private Apartments. The pool area was beautiful with three pools and plenty of sunbeds. The location was perfect, just a two-minute walk to the beach and Flower St, yet still quiet and peaceful. The Wifi was excellent and the air-conditioning worked well without being noisy. The kitchen facilities were good, including an oven. The staff were polite and helpful, and they even accommodated our early check-in. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place.
Although the cleanliness could have been better with some old carpets and moldy silicon in the bathroom, it did not overshadow our overall experience. The kitchen was a bit small and lacked space for storing dry food and cooking for more than two adults and a child.

I had a fantastic stay at Royal Beach Private Apartments. The rooms were comfortable and looked just like the pictures. The hotel facilities were great, especially the beautiful pool area with three pools and plenty of sunbeds. The location was perfect, close to the main streets and within a 5-10 minute walk to both the beach and the restaurants. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, facilitating an early check-in and late check-out for me. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was top-notch.

The apartments at Royal Beach Private Apartments are so cozy and comfortable. I felt right at home with the well-equipped kitchenette and a flat-screen TV. The private WiFi router was a game-changer for me as I love to stay connected during my holidays. The air-conditioned rooms with kitchenettes, refrigerators, and stovetops were perfect for someone like me who likes to cook and save money on eating out. The private bathrooms with hairdryers in every unit added a touch of convenience to my stay.
Personally, I found the private WiFi router a bit slow, but I guess it's subjective and others might not mind.

Great location, close to the beach and center of town. the apartment was clean and well-maintained, with a nice pool area. We enjoyed the convenience of an early check-in and late check-out, thanks to the helpful manager. the gym was a plus, with everything we needed for a holiday workout.
There was no maid service during our stay, so our room was not cleaned and towels were only replaced once. It would have been nice to have more frequent cleaning and fresh towels.

We had a fantastic stay at the private apartments in Sunny Beach. the apartment was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our family of six. It was great to have access to all the facilities of the nearby hotel, including the main pool and spa. the location was superb, just a short walk from the beach and the main strip. the apartment even had a router, so we had wifi and internet access throughout our stay. the TV had a selection of English videos suitable for the whole family, which our 9 and 10-year-old kids loved. it was a great experience and we would highly recommend it. Cons: Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like! 😊.

This fantastic apartment is located just a short walk from the main streets, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. the beautiful beach is also very close, allowing for easy access to sunbathing and swimming. the room itself is spotless, with a great shower and even a router for reliable wifi. Plus, the apartment is part of a lovely hotel that offers access to pools, a spa, and other fantastic facilities.
Communication with the host can be a bit slow through the hotel reception.
